Straight answers
Will this damage my roof or my paint?
Not the way we do it. Roofs and painted or stucco siding get soft washed — that is a cleaning solution doing the work at garden-hose pressure, not a pressure wand. High pressure only goes on concrete and other hard surfaces that can take it.
What about my plants?
Landscaping gets soaked with plain water before we start and rinsed again after. Wet leaves dilute anything that lands on them. It is the step people skip, and it is why some washes leave brown spots in the beds.
What does it cost?
It depends on square footage, how many stories, and how much growth is on it — a house that has not been washed in six years is not the same job as one done last spring. Send the address and you will get an actual number, not a range.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need water access and a gate unlocked if the backyard is part of the job. You will get a text when we are on the way and photos when it is finished.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Highwater Exterior Cleaning is a registered Florida LLC and carries general liability insurance. Ask and we will send the certificate before any work starts.

How long does it stay clean?
In Central Florida humidity a house wash usually holds a year to two. North-facing walls and anything under trees green up first. Driveways depend on shade — sun-baked slabs go longer than the ones under an oak.
